Trump Residences Oman brings the Trump brand to the cliffs of Yiti: a Trump International Hotel with branded hotel apartments, Trump Cliff Villas above the sea and Trump Golf Villas along the fairways, 130 metres above the Gulf of Oman.
The collection includes 140 hotel rooms and suites managed by Trump Hotels, 30 three-bedroom Trump Cliff Villas with private pools and sea views, and five-bedroom Trump Golf Villas along the championship golf course. Owners hold freehold title, and every residence comes with a Trump International Golf Club membership.
Hotel apartment owners share in the revenue from guest bookings and keep two weeks a year for personal stays. The hotel is the heart of the community: a lobby, dining, a members club, wellness, a fitness center, AIDA Beach and a night club on the cliff edge.
